Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VoiceFront platform operated by SSDev (Pty) Ltd (“VoiceFront”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
VoiceFront provides AI-powered voice agents that answer telephone calls, respond to web widget interactions, capture leads, book appointments, and take messages on behalf of your business. The service includes a dashboard for managing your AI agent, viewing call analytics, and managing your account.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be 18 or older to use the service
- One person or legal entity per account unless otherwise agreed
4. Subscription and Billing
VoiceFront offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in South African Rand (ZAR). Each plan includes a set number of voice minutes per month. Minutes used beyond your plan allowance are billed at the published overage rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Payment is processed by Peach Payments
5. Free Trial
New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial with 30 minutes of voice time. No payment information is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use VoiceFront to:
- Make unsolicited outbound calls (spam, telemarketing, robocalling)
- Impersonate a human without disclosure
- Collect personal information without a lawful basis
- Process sensitive personal information (health, biometric, children's data) without appropriate consent
- Violate any applicable law, including POPIA, ECTA, or CPA
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
7. Your Responsibilities
- You are the responsible party (data controller) for personal information processed through VoiceFront on your behalf
- You must ensure your use of VoiceFront complies with POPIA and other applicable privacy laws
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your knowledge base content
- You must not upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content to your knowledge base
8. Data Processing
VoiceFront processes personal information as an operator (data processor) on your behalf. Our data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
9. AI Use Disclosure
You acknowledge that the VoiceFront agent uses AI to handle calls and that calls may be recorded and processed. Disclosure of these activities to your callers is made through your privacy notice and ours; the agent will confirm it is an AI on request and will transfer to a human on request.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content (knowledge base, business information). We retain ownership of the VoiceFront platform, technology, and any AI models. Call transcripts and AI-generated analysis are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.
11. Limitation of Liability
VoiceFront is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the AI agent will handle every call perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
